Job position

TopCompare is looking for an ambitious Business Analyst with a passion for entrepreneurship to join the team and play a key role in creating a thriving Internet company helping thousands of Belgians to save time and money!


Concretely, your tasks will be to:

✔ Monitor company performance and tracked KPI


✔ Analyze results on both provider and product level to detect trends and advise on the way forward


✔ Prepare presentation material for partner and provider meetings


✔ Contribute to new market entries in new segments,across functional areas


✔ Support country management in fundraising


✔ Provide clear business insights to country management that will help drive strategic decisions


What we expect from you:

✔ Have valid EU/BE work permit is required


✔ Hold a degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, Finance or any other similar degree


✔ Have 1-3 years of professional experience in consulting, audit or other positions with a strong analytical focus

✔ Have a highly analytical mindset and outstanding attention to detail


✔ Have a great sense of ownership over your work


✔ Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint


✔ Be fluent in English, Dutch and/or French (written and orally)

Next steps:

Part of the interview process will be a telephone interview with our recruitment officer, followed by a business case. We will then schedule a first and a second interview which will be held in our office in Brussels.
